i read an article about Chavez. according to the article, there was a referendum, which determine whether term limit of Chavez would be expired or lifted, in Venezuela last sunday. and i also read that some people like chavez's remaing as president while others were oppoing to his lifting term limit. people who like him say he's try to develop economic of venezuela considering distibution of wealth to poor people. that is chavez thinks that social security is also important while economic develoment is important. but those who are oppoing to chavez's trial to extend term insist that chavez go out of president when his term to 2013 is expired because Chavez has prevented people from developing democratin development. which one is right? between policy and democratic.
