Sometimes people talk ABOUT something with many words. Finally the listener can not have a poith what you really want to say. Therefore we need to arrange what we plan to deliver and should talk simply, sometimes point-blank. Especially when we talk a sensitive matter, we should talk point-blank. Otherwise listener can be confused and upset. For example, I make a mistake to my friend. So I want to apologize for my mistake. But If my words of apologize would be long and unclear, my friend doesn't want to make a peace with me again. It can make the situation more worse.
