2 weeks ago i had an arthroscope sergery for my right shoulder. Because i've been injured my shoulder during trainnig in military service. At that time i was fell down on floor and I could feel that my shoulder was dislocated. However the army sergeon diagnosed my case as slight sprain without taking X-ray picture. Since then I've been believed that there aren't any ploblems on my shouder until a few weeks ago. But about 3weeks ago, my right shouder was dislocated during swimming one more. Then I was sured that my shoulder has problems not slight. So I went to a special hospital for shoulder joint and I could know that my right shouder's fibrous joint was ruptured. A week later I'm going to start an exercise for rehabilitation I hope to come back my normal life without any problem.

I will start exercising for rehabilitation in a week. I hope to live my normal life without having any problem.
