Finally, I’ve failed all applications today. At first, I couldn’t believe the results or I didn’t want to. However, I realized the more important is whether I can learn something from the failure because the failure is also the precious experience of mine. Therefore, I feel calm now and my mind is clear to the extent that I assess my situation objectively. But I feel sorry for my family, friends, and professors who have supported me unsparingly. Nevertheless I try to keep the fact in mind that the pain can be good medicine or opportunity as long as I deal with it well. Moreover, I’ve learnt many things in the process of an application such as the tips when I write an application essay. The writing skills or interview skills would help me when I apply to other schools or jobs.
