I wonder how people handle with the noise of neighborhood. I live in the apartment. Upstairs, a divorced father lives with the two children of 11 and 13 years or so. Almost every morning starts with this man's yelling at his children to the extent I woke up from his shouting. Fighting sound between brother and sister continues. They have become my alarm clock since upstairs' parents divorced. I once told them please not to be noisy. However, they never seem to care. What can I do?

Hi, Rene!
Luckily you're not living with them. If not, I'm afraid you'll be more likely with tommy's roomate.
Just like what you said earlier, the best thing you can do is to have an earmuff. That's the best and yet cheap solution to your dilemma.
Just take it easy, besides ' early bird catches the worm '
