Coffee have anti-caner compounds.It is best crops.Many people drinking a cup of coffe. but It have many caffeine.It is increase heart palpitation and blood pressure and body trperature.I think need self-restraint.also I think whatever too much eat bad.

I think you don't have to stop drinking coffee but you have to watch the amount of coffee that you drink each day. Coffee is good for the body because it is antiixidant and it has anti cancer compunds, but we only need 4 ounces of coffee a day. Drinking 4 ounces of coffee a day is not bad for the health.
