My boyfriend is considering of changing the job. The problem is the timing. He wants to quit the present company first. But almost everybody is against this idea and advises him to prepare for applying another company with maintain going the present company. There are two reasons. One is the difficulty of finding job itself in economically tough times. Taking risks is too dangerous as there is high possibility to fail getting another job again. If he couldn’t get another job, he has to be unemployed and it affects negatively to his career path. The other reason is another possibility that other company would regard his short period of past company as the proof of insincerity or impatience. Depression makes the mind shrinks as much as the opportunities do.
